Questions
Does this course qualify me to give immigration advice?
No. It is a certificate of completion from this site. It is not a licence, not DOJ recognition or accreditation, and not a legal qualification. The site's guides say only authorized people may give immigration legal advice.
Can I use the course to check providers for a community group?
The course teaches a checking method. It does not say what your group may or may not do under the law. Ask a licensed lawyer or a DOJ-accredited representative about your group's role.
What if the register and a provider's website disagree?
Do not pay yet. Ask the provider to explain, check the original register, and tell this site about a wrong listing. Lesson 4 gives the steps.
